Arrival and check-in
Check-in ist ab 15:00 Uhr möglich.
Flexible arrival is possible with our self-check-in. You will receive the necessary information in advance by email.
Departure and check-out
Check-out is until 11:00 am.
Please ensure that you have packed up all personal belongings, closed the windows and switched off all appliances and lights to assist our cleaning team.
Digibox key handover
In exceptional cases, we can also deposit your hotel key card in our Digibox for key handover. Please provide us with a 4-digit code when booking. The Digibox is located at the main entrance on the right-hand side.
Please note: The Digibox can only be used if the booking has already been paid for in advance.
Pets
Pets are allowed on request.

Create replacement key (loss of key card)
If you forget your key in your room or lose it outside our hotel, you can create a new one at check-in.
To do this, click on the ‘Receive room key’ button. You will need your booking number.
Payment on site
You have the option of making cashless payments on site.
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) are accepted at the card terminal (pictured right).
Please note: A payment with TWINT is not possible.
Elevator
The lift to get to the respective floor (gates) can only be operated with the room key after midnight.
Please do not use in case of fire.
Car parking
We have a limited number of parking spaces in front of the house.
Rate:
- First hour = 2.00
- Additional hour = 1.00
- Maximum = 6 hours
Additional parking spaces are available opposite the hotel at P31 at Bern Airport.
Rate:
- 1-5 hours = 2.00/hour
- 1 day = 13.00
- 2 days = 26.00
- Additional days = 9.00/day
There are also car parks with charging stations for electric cars at the hotel. These are operated in cooperation with eCarUp AG
